Prof. Dr. Hasari Çelebi

General Manager & Founder (CEO)

Prof. Dr. Celebi has over 20 years of R&D and management experience in North America and Turkey, and is the founder of the Graduate School of Informatics at Gebze Technical University. Following systems engineering and CTO roles in the US, he transferred his expertise to industry and completed his doctorate at the University of South Florida.

Prof. Dr. Kemal Özdemir

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Prof. Dr. Ozdemir has over 20 years of global experience in telecommunications and broadband systems, holding senior VP positions at companies such as Philips and CSI. A METU and Syracuse University graduate, he holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and brings together academic and industrial expertise.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Senior Industrial Engineer Fazli Sahin has over 10 years of experience in IT and ICT, overseeing Istlink's strategic growth, financial management and business development. He leads the company's domestic technology development vision with capital markets and operational efficiency expertise.
