DetailsProf. Dr. Hasari Çelebi is the founder of İstlink, with over 20 years of proven experience in engineering, R&D and management across North America, Qatar and Turkey. He served as co-founder and CTO of Protocol Electronics in Istanbul and as Systems Engineer at Logus Wireless in Florida. He later conducted research at Texas A&M University – Qatar Campus and founded the Graduate School of Information Technologies at Gebze Technical University, where he currently serves as Professor of Computer Engineering. He holds a PhD from the University of South Florida.
Prof. Dr. Kemal Özdemir has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and cable TV sectors across North America and Turkey. He has held engineering and management positions at Philips, Triverity, Logus Wireless and CSI. In 2008 he joined CSI as VP of Engineering. A graduate of METU, he completed his PhD in 2005 at Syracuse University and his MBA in 2010 at the University of Toronto. He currently serves as Professor at Istanbul Medipol University.
Fazlı Şahin, Senior Industrial Engineer, has over 10 years of experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). At İstlink he plays an active role in strategic growth, productization, technology-driven business development and financial management. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Işık University and an MSc in Capital Markets and Stock Exchange from Marmara University.

Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) is a critical communications infrastructure that delivers instant broadcast messages to millions of mobile devices across selected geographic areas — with no user registration or internet connection required. Designed for public safety and crisis management, CBS is one of the most reliable ways to reach large populations at the moment they need it most.
The CBS Platform consists of two core components: the Cell Broadcast Entity (CBE) and the Cell Broadcast Center (CBC). Messages created via the CBE are packaged by the CBC module and forwarded to Radio Access Networks (RAN, MME, RNC, BSC, etc.), then broadcast directly to mobile devices through base stations in the targeted area.

(Emergency Alert System over DAB & FM Radio)
An integrated communication solution enabling emergency messages to be delivered quickly, reliably and simultaneously over DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) and FM radio (RDS/TMC) broadcast infrastructure. The system enables instant notification to all devices with radio receivers during natural disasters, public safety threats, traffic accidents and critical infrastructure alerts.

A programmable phase and amplitude controller is an advanced test and simulation solution that enables precise and repeatable control of the phase and amplitude values of received RF signals. The product provides amplitude control between 0–110 dB with 0.25 dB step precision for signals in the 1–6 GHz frequency range.
